Obituary for Lee Alvin Brown

Lee Alvin Brown, age 71 of Loudon passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Parkwest Medical Center surrounded by his family. Mr. Brown was born to the late Leroy “Lefty” and Elsie (Purdy) Brown in Loudon, TN. He was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Maremont Corporation. Throughout his life and following retirement his hobby and passion was working on cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tony Brown. Survivors include his son, Paul Brown; daughters and son in-law, Becky Brown, Misty and James Norris; grandchildren, Hayley Brown, Cory Norris, Skyler Norris and Macy Brown; brothers and sisters in-law, Phillip and Belle Brown, Charlie and Nadine Fox Brown, Jerry and Debbie Brown; sister and brother in-law, Charlotte and Roger Thompson; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Fred Beason and Barbara Robinson. Services honoring and remembering Mr. Brown will be held 7:00 PM Friday, April 6th, McGill Click Chapel with Rev. Danny Thornburg officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 871 N. Weisgarber, Knoxville, TN 37909. There will be a private committal service in Prospect Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7:00 PM Friday prior to the service at McGill Click Funerals and Cremations, 1366 Hwy 72 N. Loudon, TN. www.mcgillclick.com
